ST. PAUL — The St. Paul RCMP and the missing’s family are asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing 23 year old Allan Robert Nolan out of the St. Paul, Alberta area.

Allan was last seen on February 26, 2019 in St. Paul itself. He is known to frequent the Cold Lake area.

He was last seen wearing a plaid jacket, a grey hoodie, and black sweatpants.

There are no other details about Allan’s disappearance at this time, however there are concerns for his general well-being as this is out of the ordinary.

Allan is described as:

• GENDER: Male.
• ETHNICITY: White.
• HAIR: Blonde.
• EYES: Blue.
• HEIGHT: 5 foot 7.
• WEIGHT: ~165 pounds.
