ORIGINAL REPORT: EDMONTON — The missing’s family, as well as the Edmonton Police Service, are asking for the public’s dire assistance in locating missing 14 year old Naomi Toppin, who was just forcibly abducted in the area of 84 Street near 105 Avenue at 3:00 PM.
She was last seen wearing a pink hoodie and light colored jeans, when she was taken by Jacques Sennesael, a white 40-year-old male, who is described as balding, facial stubble, a tattoo on one of his shoulders, and wearing a red tank top.
They were last seen going westbound on 106 Avenue in a red sedan vehicle. You are being asked NOT to approach the suspect as he may be armed and dangerous, but rather, call Edmonton Police Service with haste.
Naomi is described as:
• GENDER: Female.
• ETHNICITY: Mullato (Mixed White & Black).
• HAIR: Black & Blonde, Short.
• HEIGHT: 5 feet even.
• OTHER: She was wearing a pink hoodie, with light colored jeans at the time.
