The Calgary Police Service and the missing’s family are asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing 27 year old Paul Robert Payne out of the Calgary, Alberta area. Paul was last seen on Wednesday, August 28th, 2019 trying to come home but got denied at the airport and ended up at the Calgary drop in & rehab centre. This lead to him going missing. According to family, “He was surrounded by bad people and his personal accounts were taken over and some nasty stuff was said to all of his family.” This is absolutely considered out of character for Paul. Family says, “He is a very kind guy and would help anyone in need at any given moment. Please, we’re asking for the public’s help all the way from Ontario.” Paul has stitches from one side of his nose to the other. He also has nerve problems and a seizure disorder. He is also severely depressed as his mother is suffering from Huntington’s disease.
