The Edmonton Police Service and the missing’s family are asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing 49 year old Shane White out of the Edmonton, Alberta area. Shane was last seen on Saturday, August 3rd, 2019, at approximately 2 pm at his group home near 71 Street and 78 Avenue. Shane is visually impaired, and is type 1 Diabetic, who also suffers from Schizophrenia and functions at a lower level. He may be severely disoriented and in need of immediate medical attention. Police also inform that he may have large white medical bandages on his left cheek and forehead, covering large open wounds. He also has a history of using meth. He was last seen wearing a black sweater, blue jeans and runners.
