RED DEER — The Red Deer RCMP and the missing’s family are asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing 19 year old Spencer Howg out of the Red Deer, Alberta area.

Spencer was last seen on June 15th, 2020 in Red Deer.

If you have any information on Spencer’s whereabouts, you are being asked to please contact the local police department via the phone number provided on our poster.
